Dish Network recently unveiled new high-definition channels, with the most recent being CNN HD, Sci-Fi HD, and USA HD. These channels were added in April 2008.
A number of towns and cities also got local channels from Dish Satellite TV. They are;
Austin, TX. Cleveland, OH. Flint, MI. Orlando, FL. West Palm Beach, FL. Milwakee, WI. Richmond, VA. Tampa, FL. Columbia, SC. Baltimore, MD. Green Bay, WI. Burlington, VT. Greensboro, NC. Greenville, SC. Mobile, AL. Huntsville, AL. Norfolk, VA. Providence, RI. Knoxville, TN. Jackson, MS
In the summer of 2008, these localities will get their local channels in HG, courtesy of Dish Nework;
